In general, Swedish massage is performed skin to skin. Meaning you do not wear any clothing for your treatment. So don’t worry about what to wear! You will be securely covered under sheets and blankets. Only the area the therapist is working on will be uncovered at any given time. If this is uncomfortable for you, options are available for massage with clothing using compressions, stretch and other techniques. You can talk about these options with your therapist.
Please print and fill out the HEALTH HISTORY form. Bring this completed form with you to your first appointment. Don’t worry if you can’t print this form. You can arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete the form at the time of your treatment!

If you just don’t talk in your treatment, nor will we! Also, never be afraid to tell us that you just feel like being quiet and relaxing, even if generally you like to talk. We would never be insulted as we want your massage to be perfect!
